AUTHORITY APPROVAL PROCEDURE

PROJECT PROCESS

Project site is located in TECOM Zone:

  • Layout Approval by Building Management or,
  • Layout Approval by TECOM asset management
  • Approvals by zoning authority
  • Fire fighting works approvals by relevant authority

Project site located in Main Land of any Emirate:

  • Layout Approval by the building management/ Building Owner / Unit Owner/ consultant
  • Layout Approval from the concerned Municipality of the emirate
  • Civil Defense Approval of the emirate
  • Civil Engineering Department approval
  • Health and Safety Department Approval (certain category of projects)

All the interior designing projects we handle whether it is small or big, goes through careful planning and correct process. In UAE or any other part of the world, there is difference in the procedure as per the law of the respective country. This may be geographical, methodological or ethical we always pay utmost respect to all the process and execute it in right manner. All our project goes through required authority before final execution.

Project site is located in Jafza Zone:

  • Layout Approval by EHS (Environment, Health and Safety Authority)
  • Approval by CED (Civil Engineering Department)
  • Approvals for any fire fighting works involved
  • COC (Certificate of Conformity) to obtain permission to work

The project site is located in JLT:

  • Layout Approval by the building management/ Building Owner / Unit Owner/ consultant
  • Layout approval by Concordia/DMCC
  • Layout Approval by EHS (Environment, Health and Safety Authority)
  • Approval by CED (Civil Engineering Department)
  • Approvals for any fire fighting works involved
  • Approvals for any security systems integrated
  • COC(Certificate of Conformity) to obtain permission to work
